can i share the internet with this case?

i have a computer with wireless internet serving, and other computer connected with the first peer to peer connection, i cant share the inernet with ICS because i must have 192.168.0.1 as IP to the wireless lan and thats made a aproblem becaus the server IP of the provider have this IP, now im useing the remoute disk top to enter to the first computer to get the internet, so i am looking forward to get your help.

why can't you just change the LAN IP? The IP built into the wireless card is a default and can be changed. The manual will often times tell you how to do that.
