When you hook up a new router, you get a long code of numbers and letters. If you are trying it on a laptop, click on internet connections, look for the one you set up, and it will ask you for that secured code. Type that in and see if it works. Also, it could be as simple as checking the work offline button. Click on file, the make sure the work offfline is unchecked.

The router is most likely not connecting to the internet. Look on the Status page and see if it has an IP address there. It WON'T start with 192. If it isn't, call your provider. Your modem or router isn't working, or one of them isn't set up correctly.
Try to connect to http://64.233.169.104/ (No .com, or anything) - that's Google's address. If you can, look at the TCP/IP properties for your internet connection (on your computer). It should be set at "Automatically ..." Your computer was set up incorrectly.
If you can't connect that way, and your router is getting an IP address, call your provider.
