My internet is not working... I am trying to find out What is wrong. IP CONFIG gives me this display screen. I think its the DNS server but not sure. Please help

It's definitely the DNS... you're not getting an IP addesss there. Seems to be a problem with your router, or with the provider. Turn everything off, then take the router off power, and then also the modem. Wait 30 s, then power them up in reverse. See if that helped.

Your DHCP server is not sending you the proper DNS settings. Those are usually given by the DHCP server. Check the router/PC/box that is your gateway, and see why it's DHCP is not assigning a DNS server....

You are right about the DNS server.



You should set it the same as your default gateway.
