The thing with hosting is their are so many options out there. Some options are overpriced, some hosts are down way more then they are up. Another thing with hosting is that its unlike anything else, you dont get what you pay for, we have used expensive hosts where uptime was in the low to mid 80's and have used cheap hosting that has been in the high 90's, but at the same time it has went the other way to, its all about trial and error.
