Im trying to figure out the best online cloud backup service, and im having trouble picking one so...

We can only give 10 stars and you can only cut a star in half. Which of these do you feel is more important and deserves more stars?

Below are the features we are trying to give the stars to:

1) Ease Of Use - How easy it is to use the cloud service

2) Max Storage - Maximum amount of storage you can get from each service

3) Max Upload file size - The largest single file size that can be uploaded

4) Historical Archives - How long your old files are kept after changes were made

5) Incremental backups - when backed up, only changed info is updated

6) Continuous backup - Changes made that are backed up in real time

7) External Hard drive Backup - If the service allows yu to backup content from a external hard drive

8) File Sync - If files can be sync across computers and devices with the same data

9) Scheduler - Pick time/days when you want to backup your files

10) Bandwidth Throttle - manually adjust how much bandwidth is used when uploading files

11) Sharing - Can your files be shared internally with other subscribers, sent via email or through a link

12) Number of computers per account - how many computers can be backed up on a single account

13) Free Trial - Does the service offer a free trial?

Depends on what you want to use it for. Some businesses need cloud backup to host photos, presentations, or videos for their salespeople (solid connection with wifi capabilities would be a must). Some businesses need cloud backup as a working platform over multiple accounts (sync is big and so would backup and ease of use). Once you determine what you need it for it will be much easier to rate.

Price,ease of use and maximum storage space are very important for an online file storage service.These must get 10 stars . Other features are also important but they will just take 6-7 stars.
