Php comes with these two ini, you have to pick which one you want and rename it to php.ini .
Mainly I just wanted to second what has already been said. These files are included in the installation, and have been since version 4.3 (earier ones too I imagine but that's the earliest I've used).
Also I would recommend NOT using a Windows installer, but rather go with the archived files, unzip them manually, and read the "install.txt" file.
I believe that the automated Windows install is CGI-only, and does NOT include the Apache modules (ISAPI).

Its no longer residing house windows XP....its the installer which enables you install particular data which you will obtain from the internet. I dont think of so which you will get sufficient room via in simple terms dleting that. determine you empty your recycle bin and the teporary folder......additionally you may backup your photos and song directly to a cd and delete it out of your laptop..in case you have 2 drives on your laptop..you additionally can circulate it from one to a various which has greater effective area..this sort you will get fairly some area..
