Error 403

I know it has nothing wrong with the sight. I was trying to go into the forums a few days ago of a site I was visiting frequently and all of a sudden, when I try to go to the forums I get this error. Yes, I use their link, yes i've cleared my cookies, yes I tried everything with the proxy server, yes I tried waiting. I used my phone and I was able to get to the forums, so I've concluded something is wrong with my boradband/router because I was also unable to access with my iPod using wifi. I'm also fairly sure that there are no parental blocks on it.

Any ideas on how to fix? I've recently downloaded a game from a cd to my pc, I'm not sure that's the cause though. Any help is appreciated ^^

try this to get around the firewall go to command prompt or make one window of it.

to make one just open up a text document

and put these lines in there

/cmd.exe

/start cmd.exe

save the file anywhere you want then rename the file to cmd.exe

in command prompt type

ping [the name of the website]

so it looks like

ping www.google.ca

then paste it into the url bar (where you put the websites name)

btw be sure no one is watching..

and if you cnat do that google the ip address for the website
