Go to start then run type CMD then enter.

This will give you a dos window.

Then type ipconfig /all you will get all of the info for your network cards IP

I dont understand your question very well, but here goes.



If you got XP: Go to start, control panel, network connections,

right click on the LAN and there you find the settings



Win2000: Right click on network neightboorhood, right click on the LAN or Local Area Connection, and there are your network settings.



Win98: Start, settings, control panel, network, double click the LAN.



Now if you want to change the IP address just double click on TCP/IP



If you want to add a protocol, say NWLINK, then click install.
