If you have LAN (or at least more than 1 computer in your home), you can experiment yourself. Try to use Windows-XP remote desktop or install third party program such as RemotelyAnywhere, PC Anywhere, etc. After you install the software in one PC, then use the client software which is usually comes within the installation software to remote the PC.

If you are using RemotelyAnywhere, you don't need to install client, because you can use any web-browser which support Java as the client.

If you are using Windows-XP remote desktop, the client already reside in your Start Menu. Access it from here:

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> Remote Desktop Connections

PS: Make sure you already setting the other PC to allow this remote.

Use Windows HELP for detail at:

Start -> Help & Support

Use Keyword: Remote Desktop

Happy learning :)

There are many ways to do this such as the commercial program WebEx, but I am going to guess that you are thinking of Microsoft Net Meeting which is native to the Windows XP and other MS Operating systems. To setup Net meeting go to start---> run---> and type conf You will need to input some information then setup sound if you have a sound card. Then you just type the IP address of the computer you wish to connect to---> click on the phone icon. The other person will need to be running NetMeeting also and will need to accept you call. More info on Net Meeting can be found here.http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/netmting/evaluate/nm3feats.mspx

you can do an internet conference thru AOL Instant Messanger as long as both of you have a webcam, or digital camera hooked up to your computer...but i think you mean remote desktop.....in the help section on your start bar there is a tab for remote desktop...basically, you give the person your ip address and they enter it into the remote desktop and then they see and manipulate your computer from their location..it is really cool if you are having computer problems and someone wants to help you

If you want them to see your computer, that would be a remote control progrma, can be done from any 2 points in this world. I am in the US and I remoted to someone in Australia. Internet conferencing is different from remote contrlol. Any messaging program can now do that today. We use the MSN messenger.

in case you be responsive to the final call of the Trojan you could sort the call in google and additionally you would be waiting to come across the document to get carry of to get rid of it. in any different case right it relatively is a itemizing from Symantec which you will look into to work out if certainly one of those fits the single you have. If it does all you're able to do is get carry of it, restart your laptop ideally in risk-free mode, turn off your internet, and run this methodology to get rid of the Trojan. each and all of the learning could be in there to stay with step-with the aid of-step. good success, Trojans would be a discomfort.
