How to find out what wifi card is in my PC?

I just reinstalled windows and my wifi card is no longer working. I want to install the driver but I no longer have the CD and I do not even know what wifi card it is.

Is there a way to find out what wifi card I have without physically taking it out of the PC?

it would give you the information related to your installed hardware.
