Reposting question:

I need a software which only needs to be installed on my computer and which allows you to control client computers. The software should be able ( !!! CRITICAL FEATURE !!! ) to build its client application (exe file that you send to the client) which should include my ip address, the port number that my server is configured to listen to, eventually user and password.

applications should be like Remote Support System 1.7.1

freeware software is a best choice

please do not answer if you want to recommend me TeamViever (www.teamviewer.com), Remote Support System (http://www.remotesupportsystem.com), VNC's that require customer-side server installation / deployment / unzipping / configuration, applications which require a internet browser, applications which use online services.

thank you

best answer will be rewarded with 10p + free remote service when time allows me.

Go to http://sourceforge.net and input "VNC".

Or, grab http://pclinuxos.com and go to the Networking menu.

This has all been done, and is used by 84% of all IPs who serve corporate internet!

And, it's Free, Open Source Software. FOSS!

TighVNC is a freeware that's downloaded as a .exe report. it may be frustrating to have self assurance your customer ought to no longer handle a 1Mb get carry of and the easy installation technique. you need to apply RDC with NT W2k or XP. What i've got self assurance you like is a commercial application for unfastened. i in my view don't think in the present day it particularly is attainable. I do use RealVNC to administration my mom's laptop over cable connections. how are you going to establish Port Fowarding? each and every LAN is distinctive adequate that's takes very own configuration.

The only one that I've worked with that will do what you want is DameWare. http://www.dameware.com It is not free, however. A single-user license will allow you to control an unlimited number of remote clients and costs US $289.00.

VNC can do what you want and can even be installed remotely but it requires quite a bit of knowledge to do so. There are third-party utilities that support remote installation but they are not free.

In all cases you must have admin access to the remote box.
