I've never used outlook express before because I have a hotmail account but now i need to start using it. It's set up for a domain name but when I go to use it it asks to connect, however I'm with Sky broadband so how do I get it to connect automatically.
Simple English please I'm not the greatest at computers!

If you can access the Internet using Internet Explorer, all you need to do is configure Outlook Express to use the same setting uses:
Outlook Express > Tools > Options > Connection
Make sure both Dial-up boxes are not checked. Below that, it should say, "Outlook Express shares your Internet Connection settings with Internet Explorer." If it doesn't change it.

Go to the tools menu (up the top)
Then select Options.
Then in the window that opens click on the connections tab
Make sure the box that says "ask before switching to dial up" is ticked.
And Hang up after send and recieve is unticked.
That should be it.
If not you then have to go a bit more deeper into it, but try that first.
