I lost my iPod Touch, and am relatively sure it's in my house and the wifi is on but not connected. Is there any way for me to detect wifi signals from a standalone device that are not connected to the network I'm on.

You'll be able to detect wifi signals that come from a wifi device using a wifi detector. They cost about 20 bucks and are available at walmart, target and best buy.

in case you have a NetGear router (you could probable do different routers too, yet considering that I actual have a NetGear, that's what i circulate to stroll you by using), log into it by using getting into the IP handle of it. Then, enter the username and password. All of this guidance would nicely be modern on your proprietor's instruction manual. After logging in, click "linked units" in the left pane and there's a catalogue of each thing linked on your community - computers, laptops, iPhones, Xboxes, PS3's, and so on.
