Unable to open c drive access is denied, help?

i was using win7 ultimate,
Now i'm unable to open the c drive, it is showing "unable to open c drive access is denied"
This problem started after i tried to play with security setting on my private folders and files. Now i completely lost access to my c drive.
I'm the administrator of my pc, but idk why this happened, please help me

Try a system restore point a few days back if possible, that should reset it.

Otherwise, your security may be so badly messed up, you only choice may be to set "Everyone" to "Full control". You may still be able to set security in the advanced tabs under the C: drive security settings.

You see, you're c drive has a problem. Its denying you access. You should fix that.

maybe ur hdisk is damaged.
