did you install router in your computer? enter model number in search window and go to home page then support then find files to install .it should put icon on desktop screen if installed.it depends on windows your are using. it would help if this is a cable or wireless connection IF WIRELESS DISABLE EITHERNET CONNECTION

it says on list lease started 1 10 10 and expires 1 10 10. i don't know if thats a problem or notbut if you install and configure for your system it might work

modem has to be installed also

shuuut off every thing computer router modem then start modem wait till it settles in then modem wait a few min then computer

You say that the router was serviced recently. The problem is that you did not state what kind of connection from your ISP. Cable modems have MAC lock-in as a part of their software so if you replace the router you need to reset it. On the other hand DSL modems need a unique setup for a router. Last of all the actual router might be bad. I have had problems with D-Link units in the past.

Are you the two on on the spot? It sounds like a bandwidth difficulty. you may attempt making particular your on the spot router is a on the spot N router, and that the two one among your computers have on the spot N enjoying cards put in. whilst you're the two making use of a under pressure out connection, i might say to confirm you're making use of a competent 100Mbps router, or in all danger a gigabit router. for sure it would desire to be your information superhighway in case you have a slow connection, like under a million.5Mbps. i exploit cable information superhighway with a 6Mbps and a pair of computers on under pressure out connection and one one computer i'm able to acquire non-provide up at 1Mbps mutually as gaming on the 2d computer without lag. making use of 100Mbps router.
