Streaming and downloading is the same thing. Both use the same amount of data.

You have to download the data for your CPU, RAM and Graphics to process.

The only difference is streaming is downloaded into a temporary folder for it to

be processed.

Downloading is doing exactly the same thing except this time it is saving it to

the Hard Drive in a permanent Folder.

I don't know how they get away with "free browsing but no downloading" because

everything you do on the internet from the time you log on till the time you log off

involves either an upload or a download and it all counts towards your allowance.

Example ► You log on by clicking on your Browser icon ► Upload ► Home page

► Download ► Click on a link ► Upload ► New page ► Download and so on!

So I would really like them to explain to me how that statement made is achieved.

Sounds like a big con whatever they say!

Streaming is not same as downloading, downloading is you just get tat copy of video to your mobile or to your systems memory (hard disk, memory card) but streaming is just getting tat video to your cache memory just it wil be available ly at the time of playing when you exit it cache memory wil clear it no more video in memory, I THINK YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR AMOUNT OF DATA STREAMED IN YOUR GADGET IM FROM HCL

no no not at all.downloading is based on http(hi-speed text transferring protocol).and streaming is based on rtsp(real time streaming protocol).

if you watch vedios,it is considered as browsing but not downloading.therefore you need not pay any thing.
