if {and i doubt they do}

if they give you a static ip {or you use a dynDNS type serveice}

and if they allow port 80 incomming connections then yes you can.

{they will likely disconnect you if they notice}

why you would want to when its cheaper and less hassle to get free/cheap hosting elsewhere

as if running a webserver in-house you do realize when it becomes compromised they will have access to all of your machines and data at the same site easily{as they will already be controlling a machine inside your firewall}

other than that i would be more worried by their statement that

"Monitoring: Virgin Media may monitor communications, including without limitation, any content or material transmitted over the Service;"

so by signing up you wave all rights to privacy which is really disturbing

you can host a webserver on your virgin media connection

but virgin media ipaddresses are not static (they can change)

and if you where hosting material that infinges copyright then you could get banned

you need an internet connection that use static ip addresses

i ahve no idea what virgin media bizness accountys are like or if they have static ip addresses

but here are virgin media acceptable useage policy
