Server Shut downing it self?

Question

My office running with pear to pear network.my system is running with server 2003 in that..my system is shutting down it self. i was looked in event viewer in system log.in that i was looked something like this..

in the source is showing user32

i was pinged to user32 there is no response from user 32 system..

please help....

try to check the power option is correctly configured in the control panel, and second think check ur key board properly if any key is pressing in it automatically it can happen, change ur keyboard and try if it happens again or not
