How to setup Remote Desktop Connection on XP Home?

When I updated to Service Pack 3, I saw Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) was available. But when I went to System Properties and under the Remote Tab, there isn't an option to "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer". Any ideas? Thanks

You cannot connect to a machine remotly that is running windows Home, you must have Pro.
What you can do with Home is connect to a Pro machine remotly.

Windows XP Home users can't connect host a remote desktop connection but can connect to one. On the other hand windows xp professional users can host a remote desktop connection.

you probably only have the client software. You can connect to a windows server, but they can't connect to you.
