I cant connect my D-link DIR-615 connected to my laptop 10 points for first correct and understandable answer.

Okay so i have my Windows Vista Laptop working online yesterday with my D-Link DIR-615 and now for some reason i cant get a connection I can still get a connection on my desktop but i dont get a connection on my laptop I dont get an option to choose for the d link and the d link works fine

click start and then network. at the top click network and sharing center. on the left pane, click connect to a network. if your d-link isn't listed, click the refresh button. if that doesn't work, check to make sure the wireless on your laptop is switched to on.

Go to Control Panel, Network and Sharing Center. On the left hand menu click on the Diagnose and repair, follow the instructions. This usually works.

make sure you are using cross over cables between each of the devises. The only things that shouldn't be cross over are the computers. Many routers do this for you but some don't.
