friend genrealy data transfer very slow between two computer as compare between two drive. reason is that when we transfer our data b/w two pc it passes through lots of process (osi model). but when we transfer data between two drive there is very few process.
it might be because u have virus eating up all ur RAM n if ur transferring wirelesly that cud be the prob too using Ethernet cable is highly recommended n i'd like to give a small tip on this if u have pendrive 4GB is good jus transfer the files to that n connect to ur laptop n transfer whenever u want with speed (but this doesnt work all the time depends on ur file size too) hope this helped...

Many DS-3's are broken down by T1's , the rationalization I convey that up is a T1's thruput is a million.5M forget approximately if its B or b now nevertheless.. bah ideas is fried besides could decide to verify the interfaces on the ciscos and notice if any of your interfaces has a velocity listed. those are the only issues off the best of my head from what you published. My gut tells me its a layer 2 config subject yet must be some thing wankie like a consultation mgr.

First it depends on the network you are working on, whether it is A/B/G/N, and whether you are working on a wireless network. The best thing to do it to have both computers connected to the router with an ethernet cable.
Sometimes the best thing to do is let it run before you fall asleep.
