WEB is port 80 standard http

Secure Web is port 443 https

Why are we doing your homework when a search engine would easily answer this with lots of detail??? :)

Ftp uses 20/21, data is 20 control 21 both TCP.

When the question is transport layer protocol, I would assume:

TCP or UDP.

Like DNS is both TCP and UDP, SSH is TCP only, telnet is TCP only, etc.

Web is probably HTTP

Secure web is probably HTTPS
