Name Server IP addresses (DNS). The first way is to log into your router's web interface, and look at your router's status page. On that page you should see an entry for DNS Servers, or Name Servers. Write down the ip adresses of your Name Servers.

in my routers interface shows this
Internet IP Address: 72.89.6.163
DNS 1: 68.237.161.12
DNS 2: 151.203.0.84
DNS 3: 0.0.0.0
MTU: 1492
so which one is mine ip adresses for Name Servers.????

What has this got to do with port forwarding? Your router acts as a dns proxy, this means you should point the computers at it's internal IP address. Otherwise if a dns pair go down they will lose connection, as the router will find alternatives, but you pcs won't know to do this. This is one reason why all routers have a dhcp server built in, you should rely on this for IO information, setting all your machine's tcp/ip properties to automatic.

Your name servers are DNS1 and DNS2 or 68.237.161.12 and 151.203.0.84.
