Hey guys,

I just re installed my Dell latitude D600 laptop with a Windows XP CD which has no drivers,

I would always get internet on my Dell laptop by plugging the Ethernet wire from the Laptop to the back of my modem in the other room which gives my Desktop PC internet but i need the drivers,

I don't know which driver i am supposed to get so that i can have internet via the Ethernet cable,
I saw all the drivers on Dell.ca for the Dell D600 Latitude Laptop at the link below:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=ca&cs=cadhs1&l=en&s=dhs&ServiceTag=&SystemID=LAT_PNT_PM_D600&os=WW1&osl=en&catid=&impid=

There is just so many drivers i don't know which one to get, I just need the one for the Ethernet controller or what ever its called so that i can have internet via Ethernet cable.

Its the Broadcom Driver you need, as for Wireless, you need to look at your order status, under Original shipped, it will tell you what you have onboard, you need to type in your service tag to do this.

Looking at that page, its the third one down in the Network Section. Its the Broadcom Driver for the 570 Gigabit Integrated Controller. All the other Network drivers listed there are for various Wireless adapters that your laptop might have shipped with.

You can use a software to auto find the best driver for you.

I saw some at Ethernet Driver - http://www.ethernetdriver.net/
