I use Acronis True Image. It will back up anything because it has its own operating system on the CD.

There are a number of options that can be used with the restore dump command that can be found on various linux help sites. You can do full/incremental and diff backups with this utility. ex.



dump -(date of backup) (location of data to be backed up) (location to be backed up to). There are a variety of options to be used with this utility you just need to choose the one that's right for you.
