as with any LAN connected device. you plug it in to your ROUTER using a LAN cable. There will be a DEFAULT IP address that the printer will aquire eg 192.168.1.32 you simply open a browser and type in that ip address the printer will then present a WEBpage with a menu . the Printer is capable of PRINTING a NETWORK status sheet that tells you what IP it has been allocated. you add the printer to PRINTERS as a NETWORK printer using a TCP/IP port eg the 192.168.1.132(as printed on the printer status sheet).

This is a business copy scan fax and print unit. Whoever supplied the unit should set it up for you. Far beyond the scope of Yahoo answers. If you need to ask then you probably haven't the knowledge or skills to do it yourself. Contact the supplier and ask for a support visit, or alternatively if you have an IT specialist in your team contact them
