I just moved back home and am having trouble connecting my wireless. Once I hit connect, it starts going, says Acquiring Network Address for a while, then it stops and shows its disconnected, but then just starts trying to connect again with the Acquiring message, then stops...you get the idea...

There is no problem with the internet, my cousin's computer is connected fine. Is there something Im missing? Site key is correct, I'm within range (even tried sitting next to the damn box)...what else?

Thanks!

Check with your cousin, if you are required to put a manual IP address.

If not. go to your network connection properties, control panel network and internet and check your wireless properties to see if there is an IP address. If there is one remove it. Try connecting again.

If this doesn't work go to manage wireless networks on the network and sharing center see if you home network is present. Delete it and recreate it again. Try connecting again.

If this doesn't work. Restart the PC. Try again and connect.
