My netgear wireless device automatically supplies DHCP. even the DHCP server is in disable.?

I'm using netgear wndap360 wireless device. i have connected direct internet line(IP:192.168.1.251) and proxy line(IP:192.168.0.100) in same switch. the wireless device is configured in proxy line. but it's automatically supplies DHCP from the direct internet line to everyone. even the DHCP server option is in disabled. please help me to solve this problem.

Note: im using censornet linux for proxy.

Actually your router is still issuing dhcp not the AP! The unit you mention is just an access point. It uses the dhcp pool from the original router! If you enable dhcp on the AP, it has to use a different subnet/IP range pool to work properly.

First, you must NEVER use either of those IP addresses on the Internet. They are private addresses and must ONLY be used internally. so whatever you are doing you have no clue what you are up to. Your ISP could terminate service without notice if you present a private IP address to the public connection. With DHCP turned off NO device can provide it. Since you have no idea, it is highly likely that DHCP is coming from some other source. ANY DHCP service on the network will issue IP addresses to any machine requesting it.
