When connecting to the internet using my cellular data, do I have a specific IP address or does it change each time I connect? If it helps, my cell service is with AT&T.

The cellular network will have to allocate an IP address when you use the Internet. There is no guarantee that you will always get the same address. Other phones may be sharing the IP address with you in a manner similar to multiple computers on a home network sharing a single public IP address. The networks have to provide address sharing as there are insufficient version 4 IP addresses available for every smart phone to have its own address.

If a phone goes offline (switched off or out of cell coverage), then it may be allocated a different address on the public Internet when it comes on to the network again.

Depends on the phone, phone operating system, the mobile phone company, the specific network you're connected to, and what region you are located.

The oldest phones with web access used a proxy server and wireless application protocol to retrieve web pages. I'm unsure if the oldest phones actually had IP addresses.

Newer phones have an IP address and support most internet protocols, but the IP address is often a private IPv4 address in the mobile company's network. The rest of the internet sees you from a pool of public IPs from the mobile company's gateway to the rest of the internet.

Newest phones in the fastest growing regions like Asia may have IPv6 addresses, but may need to use a IPv6 to IPv4 gateway to insure access to the internet outside of Asia.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:

Get the identity of an unknown caller.

Identify an area code.

Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.

Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

Never changes. Stays the same. They do ip address. You can have it changed if like. But can cost. Or just change the phone number an changes itself. But stays the same.

Yes. You can go to your browser and type in "what is my IP" and it will tell you (the same as on a PC) or go to your wifi setting and it should be there somewhere.
