I've tried using different address with different ports including 80.
But I only get these errors, can someone please help, or explain what I can do to fix either of these problems? Thanks!

It looks like you have the proxy set up wrong. It's much easier in my opinion to use Firefox for proxies, but if you really want to use Chrome then here is a link that will help you make sure that it's set up right.

If that doesn't work then try to use a proxy from a different site, or use a web proxy, but hidemyass.com has usually been reliable for me.

Any web server cannot be used as a proxy. You will have to do some searching to find an open proxy server.

I suggest using VPNPower to unblock internet sites. I have been using them since 5 years. http://www.vpnpower.net
