ok so at my school there is a wifi that the school laptops use and i want to get the password so i can use it on my phone. Its hard to get any info because the school blocks almost everything so i cant check settings and stuff and most .exe that require permissions are blocked. i got on a laptop and exported the network profile. is there any way to open that file and see if the wifi password is in there?

NO WAY.

If you do manage it, and your school find out that you are breaking their rules and stealing their IT resources from them.... what do you expect them to do to you?

Breaking school rules will lead to exclusion and other bad things!

The Wi-Fi password is not stored to this file.

ask your IT admin for your school. They may also need your mac address for your phone to allow it on the network.
