ProXpn is a great VPN which has configurable PPTP connections (you don't have to use PPTP protocol)

I love it because all your data is protected with 128 bit SSL and a 512 bit encrypted tunnel.

VPN has various protocols namely: PPTP,L2TP and SSTP.

If you are on windows, SSTP is the best choice for you as it less likely to be blocked otherwise proceed with L2TP.

Here is a tutorial that show you how to configure SSTP VPN on windows 7:

My spouse and i endorse making use of vpnpower.net to unblock web-sites. I am using their services for more than 2 years without having complications.

We recommend making use of VPNPower to be able to unblock web sites. I have been using them since 5 years. http://www.vpnpower.net
