You are biting off more than you can chew. Our company goes in and fixes networks that are running VoIP and having trouble. If you have a network that is experiencing delays with data, then you will never get the VoIP to work as it will be worse. If you have a network that is okay with data, then it is a toss up if the VoIP will work properly. If you have a network that is great with data, then you have a slightly better than even chance that you will be able to set up a good network with 10 to 30 agents. You have to ber better at grounding, you have to make sure that your network and the ISP have great QoS, you will need sufficient bandwidth to handle the traffic generated by that wonderful Microsoft computers that have to have every application talk to their own server somewhere in the network. Variable delay in the reception of packets (jitter) will cause at minimum distortion of the voice, to echo, to dead air time, to dropping of calls. We had a customer with a great data network (they thought) with 240 agents, they added VoIP and the entire network died. The VoIP caught all of the little configuration problems that the data network was able to ignore.
