Any port in the 49152-65534 range is good.

Port is blacklisted

The speeds depend on properly forwarding that port through any firewall or router.

No ports are faster than others. In general, though, you'd want to use something other than 6881-6889 (the default) to make yourself less susceptible to abuse through those ports. If you are using a router, uTorrent has an option to randomize the port on startup, and takes advantage of UPnP to automatically set port forwards on your router if it's capable. If your router can do this, let it do so. You may also want to enable encryption; some peers will not connect with you if you do not have it enabled.
