Router: Netgear Wireless N-150 WNR1000
Set up a static IP to 192.168.1.150 (Yes, I did that correctly).
These are the port forwarding settings in my router:
Service Name: Server1
Protocol: TCP/UDP
Starting Port: 25565
Ending Port: 25565
Server IP Address 192.168.1.150
However, When i use the port checking tool from this site : http://portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm, It says that my port is open.
I have gone into the windows firewall, and I have created exceptions for inbound and outbound to allow TCP traffic from port 25565. Should I have done UDP? I have also allowed the port checker program through the firewall. Also, i've disabled my firewall, uninstalled Avast, and still NOTHING. What am I doing wrong here? I just want to port forward port 25565 and make sure it is open so i can run my minecraft server. Someone please help me. It will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
