Yesterday, everything was fine... and now it takes about half an hour to load 2 Min video on you tube.. before speed test results were-

Ping: MAX 40
Download Speed: 2.60 MBPS ( not much but that was enough for me )
Upload Speed: 1 MBPS ( I don't mind this being low because I don't usually upload anything )

And now..-

Ping: 120-136
Download Speed: 0.10-0.90 MBPS
Upload Speed: 0.30-0.50 MBPS

I really have no idea about what happened..
I run Windows 7
in-case you wanted to know... please let me know if there's anything I should do.. right now I am going scan my pc for viruses...

You can try re-starting your router. Pull the plug, wait about 10 seconds and plug it back in. Mine slows down occasionally and that's what my internet provider advised. It usually works for me

The time you make the test what time what was that? If was late night probably in North America then you were right but in the morning and afternoon no way you can get that speed because most of the connections are diverted to the corporates and government offices. The best result and speed is the night. Sometime can happen if you computer has got more connection on the programs that works behind your knowledge. You can see that go to the task manager and then processors. Good luck

Well the first thign we need to know, is what type of internet connection you have through your ISP? The speeds you're getting are indicative of a typical 3M/728K DSL line.
