Choose, get from time server

For protocol, choose ntp.

For time address, put in ie.pool.ntp.org

If that doesn't work, specify this list of time servers:

0.ie.pool.ntp.org

1.ie.pool.ntp.org

2.ie.pool.ntp.org

3.ie.pool.ntp.org

You can enter any public or private time server in the bar asking for an address(in your case i suggest getting a public server from the list provided in the link further in this post). The most common way to automatically sync to a time server is the NTP. You can consult info on NTP and view a list of public time servers to connect to right here: http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/WebHome

Probably time for a new router. I just recently had to buy one. Routers go out usually in a year or sometimes a little longer. Try the link just in case it's something else...

Use the auto option, protocol: ntp, server: ie.pool.ntp.org

If your router requires a numeric address for the time server, try doing `nslookup ie.pool.ntp.org` at a command line and use one of the addresses returned.

alexp@giga:~$ nslookup ie.pool.ntp.org

Server: 192.168.200.1

Address: 192.168.200.1#53

tell your service provider you need another internet router your is going out or you might try to blow the connectors with can air to remove the dust particles to make better contact

I don't know how to do that with your router but you can call your internet provider and they will tell you how step by step.

Why do you turn it off at all?
